酒店管理（Hospitality Management）
国际酒店管理专业培养具有良好的语言应用和公关能力，掌握国际酒店管理基本经营、管理理论技能，适应市场经济发展需要的实用型高ji酒店管理人才。掌握餐饮服务，餐厅服务和客房服务等三项基本服务技能，具有良好的礼仪修养和社交能力，具备涉外酒店管理人员的基本素质以及旅游业相关知识，能胜任旅游行政管理部门，旅游企事业单位管理的高等技术应用型人才。
就业方向包括：酒店服务产业，即国际酒店、娱乐、会议中心、餐饮业、机场、游船业、假日公司等。还可以在医院或居住社区等从事服务工作。
【课程设置】：住宿服务、商务会计、酒店金融系统与监控、酒店管理、住宿管理、酒店业资金管理、人力资源管理实践、餐饮后台规划与设计、餐饮操作管理、人力和组织管理、烹饪学等。
